These terms describe the basic rules for using Pikl to browse facilities, make bookings, and manage your account.
Using Pikl
You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in methods secure, and use the platform only for lawful booking and facility-management purposes.
Bookings and payments
Booking availability, pricing, payment collection, cancellation policies, and refunds may vary by facility or organizer. You are responsible for reviewing the details shown before completing a booking or payment.
Google Sign-In
When you choose Google Sign-In, you authorize Pikl to use the Google account information needed to authenticate you and connect that login method to your Pikl account, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You must not attempt to abuse the platform, interfere with bookings, access another user's account, scrape protected data, or use Pikl in a way that harms facilities, players, or the service.
Suspension and termination
Pikl may limit or suspend access to protect the platform, enforce these terms, investigate misuse, or comply with legal obligations.
Account deletion
You can delete your account through the authenticated delete flow in your account area. Public instructions are available on the Account Deletion page.
