Information we collect

We collect the information you provide when you create an account, make a booking, contact support, or connect a Google account. This may include your name, email address, phone number, profile photo, account preferences, and booking or payment-related activity.

How we use information

We use your information to create and secure your account, process bookings, show your account history, operate facility workflows, respond to support requests, and improve the reliability and safety of the service.

Google data

If you choose Google Sign-In, Pikl receives your Google account ID, name, email address, and basic profile image so we can authenticate you and link your Google account to your Pikl account. We do not use Google data for advertising.

Sharing and retention

We share information only as needed to operate the service, comply with law, prevent abuse, or process transactions through service providers. We keep information for as long as needed to run the platform, maintain records, and meet legal obligations.

Your choices

You can update your profile details from your account. You can also request deletion of your account from the in-app delete flow described on the Account Deletion page.
