Suspend an abusive tenant

  1. Sign in as a platform admin.
  2. Open Platform (/platform).
  3. Locate the organization and choose Suspend.
  4. Confirm the tenant can no longer operate as active.

Limits

  • Not a substitute for day-to-day facility desk work.
  • Org membership roles still gate /admin and /staff per tenant.
